very poor customer care guidance; no warranty service done ; the equipment has stopped working; not aware to reach warranty service guys evn as on date. March 2010. all happening before 6 months period.

dear all . look at the product details . clearly mention 2 ton split inverter ac . but flipkart deliver me non inverter ac. i m not technical sound person when person from hitachi came for installanation they told me that it is non inverter ac . why you pay price for inverter ac and install non inverter ac. as price of non inverter ac is low. now flipkart is trying to persuade me and manipulate the things. still no solution yet to be given. i try to reach flipkart so that proper solution will be given. or atleast they replace the product. its my request try to avoid purchase priduct like ac or other electronic gadgets fro. flipkart. worst experience

The AC started spaying water after a week. I have a raised service request with hitachi india. They have assigned to some one so far no one has come. I have called another service people to clean the filter after seeing filter clean indication. But, the indicator is still glowing. There is no led indication for temperature. There is no proper lighting to understand weather the unit is running or off. we can only understand based on the air swipe moving means it is running and it is closing means it is switched off. My recommendation not to buy.

its almost been two weeks since I ordered the AC, yet there is no installaion yet. Pathetic service from hitachi .
