Excellent product and service

excellent product ,good installation ,working very well ,good Colling,nice simple design ,value for money

good but spare parts for outdoor unit is not provided by company we suffered so much problem for spare parts please verify before purchase because only few companies are provided every spare part

pro:after using this ac for about 15 days, I am very happy with the performance. as known, Hitachi is best at its faster cooling, this product fulfills the purpose. cons : no temperature display in inner unit(this is Hitachi's default design for all products, temperature is visible in remote) remote is too basic, could have been provided with more options (ofcourse all the settings are automated in inner unit itself)

Product is good. Cools the room quickly. However, installation by Flipkart was horrible. They used normal hammer drill instead of Core Drill. Made the whole room dirty, and didn't clean up.

The cooling is satisfactory. The Temperature indicator in the indoor unit would have been given.

It is best product . excellent cooling but only thing is display is not there in AC. We can see only in remote. but the installation not done because he refused to install at 3rd floor sunshade.

Ideal for small rooms!! For maximum energy efficiency do not keep the ac switching on and off!! Let it run. For installation , do from hitachi personnel!!

Nice value for money ac... Since it's a basic ac model not much in feature but easily does it job of cooling and comfortable environment. Even at 30 degree c its very effective... Have to check its performance for another 3 months of summer.... Installation done arranged by jeevas took 3370 bucks slightly on higher side but job well done... Even some irritating sound was coming from ac but they resolve it with some effort...
