Amazing Product. Looks awesome. And great price too. Amazon is really awesome for not only delivering the product in pristine order but also getting it assembled at a time of my convenience. It was delivered to me nearly 4 days before the ETA upon my request. Also the assemblyman came to my new address for the assembly. Again it's an awesome product from Amazon. Pathetic company . Outdated and cheap quality product. The worst after sale service across all industries . Suggestion for all of u never BUY ANY OF ITS PRODUCT.

From day1 the swing function isn't working as the flap is getting stuck due to a twisted flow ventilator part. After repeated follow up it took Amazon 10 days to send folks to install AC and the reason given for the delay was unbelievable that they got my incorrect contact number! The folks who came for installation tried to charge more than the agreed upon rates for additional work. Even after the installation was complete I still got calls to schedule the appointment and installation status in the site still shows as scheduled! This was the most horrible experience I had so far with Amazon which makes me think its time to switch to Flipkart from now onwards.

The Hitachi had lost quality.We bough two new split AC for home use last year because we believed that it gives us good quality. One stopped cooling three months back and needed major repair ; which we did. Now the second AC is not working too. We are only three people family with very limited use and no small children.Nobody is ready to listen to our complaint except Amazon which has given a chance to write atleast.Thank you Amazon.

Bought in October 2018 when I was renovating my house. Installed in December 2018 and the AC worked fine till Mid March 2019 (3 months). Now cooking has reduced on the same temperature and fan makes a but louder than usual sound.

This is cooling low very low ..not work properly.. with in one month cooling system failure...
