Great ProductAakarshan Raj (Apr 29, 2018) on AmazonThis ac is compact but packs a punch. The gets really cold really quickly. The installation was prompt, within 24 hours of delivery, It was a little expensive but then you do get three free services with Hitachi so i think it balances it out. AC got defective within few daysPrabhat (Aug 21, 2019) on AmazonThe AC was installed as per schedule. After few days of operation, cooling stopped. Contacted HITACHI customer support and found that control card is not working. Replaced defective card by HITACHI after 8-10 days as it was not in stock.Product not working within few days of operation.Is this review helpful?Reply

Not very good. Indoor unit is broad in sizeSagar (Apr 28, 2018) on AmazonNot very good . Indoor unit is broad in size . No temperature display on indoor unit. Only display on remote.
