This is one of my best purchase from Flipkart. Very powerful and feature loaded AC. Initially I was bit worried about purchasing AC from online retailer as I heard some of the manufacturers may not provide warranty if bought online. So I sent a mail to Hitachi about my intention to buy a AC from Flipkart. Hitachi replied me back that Flipkart is their official online partner so there would be no issue with the warranty if bought from Flipkart. :) So I went ahead and bought this AC, Flipkart was providing great discount at that time. It was delivered on time, Installation was done on the next day itself. Installation charge was Standard installation Rs. 451 + Outdoor unit wall mount angle Rs. 900 + 10 meter water drainage pipe Rs.250 = Total Rs. 1601 .. Water drainage pipe provided was very small also it does not come with any 3 pin Plug, so I needed to rush to the hardware store to buy a plug during installation. This is feature-rich AC, It has sensors which can track your movement in a room and provide air flow in your direction. It has a very powerful fan, It has tons of feature which my older Samsung AC (Just 2 years old) does not have. Take a look at Hitachi website for more details. Overall a very satisfying experience and I will highly recommend everyone to buy Hitachi AC from Flipkart.

I always had a feel Hitachi products are well built and this one proved right. Delivery by flipkart was on time as usual 2 working days. And installation was completed in another 1 Day. I know many people has concerns with Hitachi service but in Hyderabad luckily its good. The installation guys are not very professional like Samsung or LG , but have good attitude and with a little bit of coordination they did a very good work. I got a subsidized standard installation @ 450 + 750 for wall mount bracket, that's all 2 or 4 M copper pipe already comes with the AC and i had a spare drain pipe with me. About the AC , its pretty good. Cooling is good and noise is acceptable based on the fan speed but again its just the air flow noise , no vibrations or cracks. I had an 5 years old LG 1.5 T in my room ( 12 x 12 x 10 ) and after a long time research I decided to go with a 1 T AC with no less that 3500 W cooling. Cooling of this AC is good and it all most kept up with the old 1.5 T LG for my room. It has a very high air throw at high fan speed. And the 4 way air-swing is an added advantage. Flipkart does not provide all the features , please refer specifications from Hitachi web sight before you buy. Overall its a good product and a satisfied purchase with good service. ( in my area )

After weeks of search online I decided to go for Hitachi 1TON AC as it comes almost in the same category after O general and Daikin. Flipkart delivered it on the day promised and was installed the very next day by Hitachi Installation people. They only charged the standard installation charge 451 rupees that was promised by flipkart. Any accessory that would not come with the AC would be charged extra. Some of the Pros and Cons i observed: Pros: 1) Hitachi Ac's are among the best 2) Cools within couple of mins with the quick cool function 3) The kaimin function is best while sleeping. The AC automatically increases temp after every hour 4)The looks are not bad either, the sleek silver border makes it look classy. Cons: 1) Hitachi should really consider to put temp display on the indoor unit, it lags behind on this from other Ac's 2)The remote has backlight but the quality could have been a bit better.

Product got delivered within two of placing the order. Kudos to Team Flipkart. As far as the product is considered, at 32K for a 150 sq.ft. room the product turned out to be amazing. It cools down the room in a place like delhi where we have 47-48 degrees of scorching heat. And the plus point is the 5 star rating. Extremely satisfied with the product, delivers the performance claimed by hitachi.

nice delivery in 2 days. flipkart themselves called hitachi. next day installed.almost 2000 cheaper then retailer. very nice cooling for 10/11 feet room. no noise. installation charge 1280 (including stand 750). delivery time for stabilizer is 12-15 days this should be reduced to 2-3 days for simultaneous pick.

I ordered this AC and got delivery with in 2 days in Ludhiana. Prior to reaching at my home Flipkart called Hitachi to install it. I am very satisfied by its service. The AC is also very good in cooling and its functions are very easy to understand. My room is 14X12 feet and it is serving the purpose. Thanks Flipkart

Hi I m writing this review after using this AC for two Days I bought this AC for 38500 from flipkart where as all local dealers in chennai offering around 44k+Free Single boost stablaizer + Rs 300 delivery charges. But I get it for 38500+Rs 1500 v guard stablaizer + 1300 emi intrest.. eventhough I saved 3k I borought during offer Bought it for my 12*12 feet room and it working perfectly.It takes approx 5 to 10 mins to cool entire room. Ordered on 4 th Sep 10 Pm.Then flipkart committed delivery on 9th sep between 7 to 10 AM. They delivered on 9th sep 8 AM.Then registered for Installation and committed installation will be done within 48 hours. Pros Flipkart service:5/5. Hitachi Install:5/5 AC performance:4.5/5 Cons Remote is very bad 0/5 We cannot get that type of remote.Buttons are very hard to press.Planning to buy a universal remote.

1. 5/5 for the Indoor Unit design and Cooling 2. 1/5 for the LCD remote control. Sticky Pad with delayed sensor response and not at all dust proof in terms of design. The wall holder at the back is open and large enough to invite dust Particles. Hitachi must replicate the design of its window AC LCD remote control which are far better in design and easy in handling. Dust proof as well.

Both the internal and external units a bit bulky in design when compared to other 1 ton options available in the market. but that's fine , the cooling performance is good. Remote control has a cheap poor plastic build and feels flimsy. overall . good deal for the price.

After receiving this AC waited 4 days for technician to install the unit. During installation Hitachi technician found the unit to be faulty and suggested to get it replaced. I have raised the request with flipkart on 4th sept and was confirmed the replacement on 5th. After repeated followups they informed me that replacement will be dispatched only after receiving the defective unit , Flipkart has still not bothered to pickup the unit and the order status for replacement says will be delivered by 24th sept. Pathetic service, i understand that they have a process for replacement but they are not even bothered to pickup the defective unit. My original order was placed on 25th Aug .. so if they send the replacement by 24th sept and another 5 days for installation it will take more than a month for me to get an AC from them.

Good AC, nice performance

I bought this from FK last month @24K because of Axis bank offer.Flipkart service was awesome ,they delivered it within 2 days in Kolkata.After that Hitachi service guy ( Third party ) they came and fitted it one the next day.they charged me 1900 RS( 451 for installation + 900 stand/clamp + 350 for copper wire cover + 100 for drain pipe). Now about the performance of the AC is quite good.Colls very quickly.but looks is not very appealing.no display in the unit. It looks very much like an Over sized Frog.(specially because 1 ton AC length is small ).Remote provided is also very basic.not much advance functionality (ex. sleep mode etc). But overall i must say the main purpose of AC that's cooling,it does that very well withouth much fancy features.

This "1 ton" model is exclusively sold on flipkart and is not available in local markets. It is good in working. But I was deliverd the product with a damaged small part. They helped in returning. BUT since shipping companies take time to pick and then deliver, I cancelled the replacement order. It wasn't a good experience overall. So If someone can wait for 7-10 days for installation, and another 10-15days if something bad happens, then buy on flipkart. Products are genuine always!

It was delivered through Gati, and delivery took approx 5 days. Nice packaging. Installation was done after two days By Hitachi guys with a charge for stands, drain pipe total cost was around Rs1500/- The AC was bought for 12ft - 13ft ground floor room. Cooling capacity is good. Air flow a bit noisy at high speed, however in low fan speed it is quite normal. Cons: The air flow SWING option is having only one settings. However the air vent louver can be kept fixed in various positions. Got a good offer from flipkart for EMI cash back, and discount for purchase through app. Over all good buy.

I found many reviewed this ac as worst. But I'm using this, I have no objections. My room size is 10x11. It takes max 30 min to cool the room. I've read someone wrote that it's make such sound that he/she cannot sleep. I would suggest him/her to take sleeping peel. As If you can sleep under normal ceiling fan then why not this ac. I would recommend to buy this ac. I bought this @ Rs. 27900/- and additional 25% cash back with CITI Bank credit card.. :) :)

I bought it on last month and spent only 35k in offer price with free installation. It is looks good and cool the room very quickly,and silently. the power consumption is almost 1 unit in 2 hours. Flipkart delivered it within 2 days and booked the installation also. BUT, the HITACHI installation guys damaged my AC's ODU at the time of installation and harassed me for 8 working days. After doing so many phone calls and mail, the company (HITACHI) committed to give the replacement and they took 7 days to replace the total unit with new one. Overall Flipkart did fantastic job and they also took the initiative for another new unit replacement after knowing my situation, which they canceled later. My suggestion is...any one can buy this product without any hesitation from FLIPKART(5 Stars) Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Its good but most of the switch on the remote doesn't work and the service boy told that the switches work for foreign countries. Check the AC after installation. My one got a leakage of gas after installation. Otherwise nice product.

I have purchase it from Reliance Digital. Good experience with it.Less power consumption. Not an expensive product. Do not go through online purchase, no major difference between retailer.

Started using Ac this summer. The ac works fine. Cooling and air throw is good. But indoor unit is not calm. May be due to high air flow. There is no display of temperature in indoor unit. Temperature can only be controled through remote. Remote works fine and can operate from any where in the room

Bought through offer site amazingofferonline. blogspot. in and got 1200 extra cashback Hitachi ACs today are not very good which they used to be few years ago. I bought this AC Rs.26100 in APRIL 2015 which was 3000 higher when compared to other brands like LG, Carrier. Indoor unit is small. Noisy because of airflow. Not use if it is due to cheap plastic Hitachi is using nowadays. If you used hitachi AC earlier(like 10yr ago) thats is why you are going to buy this AC, I would strongly recommend NOT TO BUY this AC. Hitachi AC technician told there will definitely be a need to replace circuit board after 4yr which would cost around Rs.5000. Expecting a longer life. Not sure what is it going to deliver.
