Excellent product. I have been using this model for the last 3 yrs, and so far completly satisfied. I had bought this product from outside. It is bundled with lots of good modern features and more over the looks and two inflow vents which ensures quick evenly cooling of the room. Machine is not very noisy, with decent fan speed, the overall noise is of the level of average refrigerator.Service is the only thing that can create little discomfort as company provides services through local dealer. But i have not faced any issue with those people also. Must buy for the persons who are in transferable jobs.

So far looking good to me. Cooling is nice, Noise level is considerably good comparing to my previous Samsung A/c. Let me check on the power consumption and update my review after few months. Service request and follow-up were good, but i had pad Rs.550/- for Installation Extra, Amazon service is the best service in indian online market.

Performance wise it is a powerhouse. Superb Cooling. Maintenance Free Performance. Sturdy and Solid Parts. Usually for the service, technicians are from dealer side and not from Hitachi.One of the best Window ACs in the market. The Twin Motor Technology makes sure that heat dissipation keeps on working as intended, even if you slow down the fan speed. It adds to the longevity of the product.

Its a good product. But looking at other reviews, I wonder what Indian customers want. If you want so much, be ready to pay more and go for split or inverter ACs. Window ACs are more value for money models, they have their limitations.From my experience, Hitachi ACs are good. Installation issues might come as all brands struggle due to increased demand for ACs in summer. Other customers should consider before spoiling product for other customers.Go for this.

It's a very nice product with a built quality

Purchased this AC in the year 2005. Since then, it is running satisfactorily without any major problems. Recently, its Koukin Filter is torn due to regular cleaning in water and become concave shaped in the centre. Please advise where I can get a new filter in Kolkata

Little bit noise

It's a great product which is value for money and is having good energy efficiency and low noise levels. I am chilling a 12�12 room and it hardly takes 30 mins to chill the happy.

A c is not working properly plus I have not received the invoice of this product. Company needs bill for dealing such product. They are not dealing without bill.
