Good products fitted well in my window and giving proper cooling. Little noisy but not so loud and one can sleep easily.

Got a Next day delivery form Flipkart, No damage even to the box, Not discussing Hitachi product, as it is known to be a cut above the rest. But their service has improved a lot, installed the AC from Hitachi team. The Jeeves company forced me to pay Rs 650/- for installation charge, after that, they vanished. Requested the Hitachi people - they installed it for free & fast ( with warranty). Jeeves company called me & said Warranty will be void if not installed by them.Asked the seller if the warranty remains if installed by others ( it remains as per Hitachi), they said a Big NO. Wasted Rs 650/- for a bad experience. Do not call or pay the Sidekick fraudulent company. Call or contact Hitachi directly. Flipkart sure is in need, for a tie up with a different service provider.

Ac is very good.coolingis very good,little noisy but overall very good.

Product is very nice, superb. After mentioning that our room is on 4th floor, they have not sent any extra man to deliver it there. Even on the same day, 2 times, one customer service representative called us to confirm that today is the day to deliver, we also asked her to send one man extra. But this request gone in vain. They should not do this, after knowing that how much it weighs.

Got it in rs 29850/- after some off.delivered in 2 days and the very next day installed.Though installation team dsnt carry any wood or ply to set the ac in window not even drill machine.So we had to cover the window ourselves.Otherwise it was a good buy.

Using this for last two months...Very good cooling and hitachi quality good. Installation also easy. Satisfied with my choice. Auto cooling is money saving as it stops compressor when temp suitable.
