The product is good as i bought this. But the engineer didn't well install ac properly. The water lekage happining in the ac if filipkart looking this pls resolved my issue i am your regularly customer to buying your product in here. Thanks Pramod Bisht

product is awesome. cooling is super in my 10 x 10 feet room. need to turn it off after 15 ,20 mins. In my 18�12 feet room it takes around 30 to 40 mins to do effective cooling. Its a great product with go for it. i read many reviews before buying it many of them claimed AC makes so much noise. this Ac doesn't make much noise , it depends on ur installation. I prefer to have a wodden box fitted in wall of adequate adjustment and then place the Ac using cushion provided , if will work efficiently

nice cooling

Working good. Low sound. Better than Carrier as carrier use r22 gas, harmful for environment. Whereas Hitachi use latest. Surprisingly very low sound from unit. Installation peoples where noob, broke front panel-facia while installing and used feviquick to fix it. Also just for damaged facia, i not wanted to return whole unit. Flipkart should make option to just replace facia. Overall good purchase.
