I purchased this air conditioner 2 years ago..Till date the AC is functioning properly..Delivers performance as committed..Touchwood..The Indoor Split AC unit is simple white and Plain without any graphics and designs..it upmarkets my rooms ambience..Now , speaking of AC cooling..it cools my 200sq feet room very well and the Auto Start feature and other power options on LCD Remocon are helpful.Satisfied by this product. Using the product since last 6 days no doubt product is Good as committed . But what makes your purchase a horrible experience is the after sales services .. It takes 5 days to reach the product from haryana to my place indore and the same time taken by hitachi executive to install .Moreover that idiot who came for installation fix it at the wrong place despite many instruction given by me .They claim here in indore installation free but charged rs 451 (which was mentioned by flipkart) and I received a message from hitachi official's your work done for free Now what is the Con here I didn't get . Flipkart : packaging was fine as always but this time Outer unit got some minor scratches and the aluminium fin also a bit damaged. So please keep clear in mind that such act wont repeat with any customer again.

Is This split AC ?? The indoor noise is in excessive then company claims. The outdoor unit vibrates and noisy operation.The service is poor, i had made several call to Hitachi call center,1 flipkart and some different technicians for installation, pathetic service, i cant think about its service issue. I have one split ac's in my house of different makes as voltas and this is the worst. cooling not great, sometime compressor is get off automatically even room is hot, No Display panel on the AC, plastic quality is poor, remote is cheap this must be from defective lots.this is height Flipkart as people will bye from your BRAND popularity and product quality is poor. i want replacement or refund as good product flipkart.

Very good service by flipkart & Hitachi. four star because only because product does not seems as premium as other hitachi ac. Everything is alright..Just need to chase a little bit after hitachi for installation...seems this ac is specially made for flipkart customers with lower price tag from hitachi.

Vrry nice ac in this range, but Amzon donot deliver at Jalandhar so cannot place order.

Even though they mention a deadline of 48 hrs, the service guy's call came the next day for installation.- Guys were very courteous and were listening to all our suggestions calmly- Well trained and did the job with precision. Did not have such a good experience with the voltas guys.Bad:- Did not carry the stuff which is required and had to go by myself to buy to the nearby shop (pipe and the plug).- If you need extra copper tubes, better mention it to them when they call for the fist time, else they don't normally carry.PRODUCT REVIEWGood- The cooling is good. Lives to the Hitachi brand- The inner unit size is very small. Nice to see such small size units for 1.5 tonn AC- evaporator and condenser are both copperBad- The blower sound is more as compared to bigger units. When I asked the service engineers, they mentioned that since the fan size is small, to maintain the air ratio, they keep the fan on high rpm- No temperature display. Only way to see is the display on the remote. My voltas AC has display on both remote and wall unit- The on off LED display lights on the wall unit are not bright- The remote looks kind of old styledIf you are looking from a silent AC, you should look for other models and brands, but if you want an AC which works at high temperatures and gives a good cooling, go for it.Please Hit the ?YES? button If you found this Review Helpful. Purchased above AC on May 8th with Citibank cashback offer of max 2500 cashback. Up till payment page i was confirmed cashback of Rs 2500, as soon as I placed the order, the cash back amount being shown on the order page is Rs 2095. Same happened to me in one of my previous order, cashback of Rs 927 was never credited to my account even after around 50 threads in the mails. Flipkart your credibility is on stake.

After purchasing this product. I have not received the promised offers. After the installation found there is a defect in the product. Got fed up by calling flipkart and the brand because they don't give any response.Now Mr.Vinay venu gopal and Mr.Shaik Sanaullah - senior assistant and the floor manager comes into the scene, who are very arrogant and who does not listen to the customer and who say you can do what ever you wanna do.who enjoys the customer pain. I recommend others not to buy any product from flipkart and beware by this spam sellers, who sells the defective products and who laughs at you when you suffer. They will not solve the issue after raising the request if you wait for 20days also. I have never seen this kind of worst executives and the service. If flipkart feels ashamed of its services then try to help me in solving this issue ASAP.

The AC was delivered , installation arranged by Flipkart.So far so good. The nightmare started immediately thereafter. The AC did not run, which was confirmed as a defect by the Hitachi technician. He tried to convince me to accept a repair the next day ( but asked for the installation amount anyway !!) which I refused. Contacted flipkart and requested a replacement. Told Flipkart very clearly that the uninstallation of the defective AC has to be arranged by Flipkart and Hitachi, which Flipkart accepted and understood. However, Flipkart is not doing anything to get it uninstalled and I am unable to return it. In return, Flipkart is refusing to deliver the replacement AC. How about that. ? There have been numerous complaints and phone calls but to no effect. Today Varsha ( in 7 to 4 shift) kept me busy for whole day with promises. So beware what could happen with Hitachi ACs. About Flipkart reliability, this is the direction it is taking ! I regret the decision to buy AC from Flipkart.

Very bad experiences for installing the AC. I have called many times to hitachi customer care for installation and still waiting for their responses. I think product wise is good but when its turn to after sales service, it would be pathetic support from customer care and their installation staffs. I think better to go with daikin or carrier because they have better after sale services. Also I think flipkart need to review for sale hitachi air conditioners.

flipkart has written that installation at 451 but when you order the product and goes to my order there will be no offer showing installation at 451 when i asked them question about it they cancelled my order and saying i have cancelled it so please keep in mind before ordering that you will be charged full at time of installation not 451

The product got delivered with 3 days. But getting it installed is such a pain. When I had contacted on next day after delivery they informed me that it will be done within 48 hours. I got no calls or updates with that time. Then I contacted again and I was told that I will receive an update with 4 hours. And the same thing happened for 3 continuous days. As of now I am still waiting for their updates. And still they are giving me a 4 hours time limit. It is like customer service at its worst. I am really repenting now.

They have clearly mentioned which should be inside the box but when the installation guy came to my house they charged me for the same. Such a disgusting performance by flipkart. All I understand now , Flipkart is suitable for the item which worths not more than 2000.
