Worst Ac.. Cooling performance is very poor.. I need a refund.. Had purchased 15 days back and testing it.. The cooling is not at all upto the mark.. Repenting why I have not read the reviews before purchasing

Such a costly AC with such a low quality cooling capacity. At every 3rd month you have to call customer care for non cooling. Its been 8 months since we have brought it but now literary repenting. Just a brand name with no work. Even a small room needs AC at 20 with full speed fan to feel some cold. Pathetic AC ever.

Purchased in 2019 Gas leaked Twice.This time serviceman told problem in Indoor unit. So leakage can not be stopped. Need to change Whole indoor unit. WORST QUALITY MATERIAL

Was recommended to buy this by a expert in the field. Great cooling, good refrigerant R-410a.

The most crucial side of ordering AC online is that the packaging was done very well and the machine was also scratch less. The AC is working quite well and cooling is excellent. But d real test will be done wid d onset of summer when d temperature will be in the range of 50degree. Will post an update review in 2 months.

Well, if you are buying this machine, its because you want a reliable and robust product that can provide cooling in the most demanding situations.I live on the top floor and it gets very hot very fast during the summer. This ac gets the room cool silently and fast. I am happy.I was worried about the service and installation quality. But it turned out that there was no cause for worry as the installation was done on time, perfectly and staff was professional (skilled).Overall, Hitachi lives up to its reputation.

Nice products but there is no led indicator to show temperature...

Product: The performance of the product is on the whole acceptable. If you select AUTO mode, it takes more time to cool the room which is 160 soft. Indoor unit is produces only the air blowing sound. Which is acceptable. The product does not show any temperature details in remote control in AUTO mode. The outdoor unit is not making much noise or in other words, it is very much acceptable. Happy with cooling performance.Implementation: Technician came for Implementation in Kerala, Palakkad, are in experienced and took 4 hours to install. They dirtied the place. My installation does not need drilling hole on wall or installing stand on the wall. There was stairs to go to terrace, still took 4 hours to install, which is unacceptable. There was water leakage, which I had to ask them to fix again them next day.

Though we were apprehensive buying AC online, happy with the delivery. Installation team came within couple of days. Installation Charges just as mentioned by Amazon.

Non professional and improper trained personal executed for installation who not only do rough job but also led your walls punctured and damage.

We gifted Ac to our sister on her mrg was not able to install immediately so when installed was damaged from inside . Very bad experience with such a high fy company

Ohh never thought I would regret it after buying a Hitachi product. This 1 ton 3 star inverter AC is so noisy that I could not sleep. It's outdoor unit is very silent but indoor unit makes so much noise that you can not sleep. There is no quiet mode. Lowest possible fan speed is intolerable. Its louder than any fan or air cooler. I read the reviews about it after i purcahse this and everone is complaining the same. Wish i had read those earlier.

Not satisfied with the product due to its efficiency

I have been suffering ever since I bought this AC, 2 months back and till now Hitachi is not able to install the AC appropriately. They have outsourced the installation and service to unskilled technicians who have no idea of how to install. They spoiled two of my interior walls which I have to re-plaster and repaint. Broke the copper pipe for one of the AC's and I had to pay again for new pipe. And for this 1.5 Ton AC, they did worst job. The outdoor unit keep came out 3 times. resulting in gas leak and recharge. Even after 2 months and multiple attempts, AC can't be used. The callcenter service is helpless, the escalation levels are fake, no response on emails, website or app. Even after spending more than Rs. 20k for installing 3 ACs, Hitachi is fooling and fleecing customers by doing botched up installation, worst service. It more looks like a cheap scammers than an international company.

No one would like to spend 40 thousand bucks and spend year on year for outdoor unit repair.I fell for this thinking Hitachi is a good brand. AC worked awesome for a year till it started showing 4 green blinks on the timer.Had to wait one month to get outdoor unit pcb which went bad in less than 6 months. It cost me 10000 for that and technician says I have to do that again! ( 1 month wait and 10000 for pcb)Now I am sitting with a dead ac which the second hand guys buying quote 3000 owing to rarity of parts.How can an established brand like this cheat its customers. I curse them every summer.Save your money, research other brands and buy something that worth your every hard earned money. I am NOT buying a Hitachi AC ever in my life again even if they give me for free.

Though delivered on 15/02/21 (winter time at Gurugram), It took quite sometime to install. Of the five units installed one unit switchs on but is not cooling. And one unit is leaking. The other units are functional.Though ordered by me from Bhubaneswar, these are for the new flat purchased for my daughter at Gurugram. All the delay in reporting are due to these teething and coordination problems. Pl. help.Shall be grateful for formal complaint to Hitachi (manufacturer) for intervention under guarantee support. Many thanks.

This is worst product. Please replace this product
