Any time better performance... good quality. Comfortable cooling... less noise to other brand ...Nice energy saving compare to other brands.

It looks real cool with a gold strip. The cooling is very nice and instant. The best part is the noise level is very very low. It's just too good.

Delievery reached on time and the product is working really good. Also the seller hs sent technician when I told him about the strange sound compressor was making.. The Ac is very good.. One must go for it!!

I bought a 1.5 ton Hitachi Inverter split AC about 14 months ago. After 12 months, bought a service contract also. Exactly after 14 months of purchase the outdoor unit's cooling fan stopped working. The Hitachi service center in Chennai does not have a replacement and delayed servicing the units citing some reason. Now the unit is not working for the last 2 & half month because of Corona, and the service center is closed. A normal non-inverter ac could be easily repaired. Inverter ac has fancy printed circuit board controlled electronics and most regular technicians are not familiar with it and spares are only available with Hitachi. Not necessarily in your area. Bad Choice and Bad Quality. For saving 10% cooling efficiency you need to shell out too much and suffer. Hitachi does not care...

Very bad after sales service, after getting installation the AC i was facing some issues and i have complained but 3 to 5 times amazon has rescheduled the the visit lastly i gave up. Very bad service

Cooling is zeroI purchased in amazon sales during January 2020 and used in April and no cooling at all. I call technician about this and he told me to complaint in company
