Awesome Inverter AC from Hitachi. cools really quick. I bought it from Croma as it was not available Amazon then. its been a month now and the product does all the justice to the Heat of Hyderabad. After sales service was also ok from Croma but they did not provide angles to mount the out door piece compressor of AC. which needs to be bought aditional for 750/- rest the installation was on time and thanks to Hitachi Team for that.

Had it installed today at my home in Hyderabad purchased from Bajaj electronics, I also have a Samsung 1.5 ton inverter ac in another bedroom, just a year old, but a Hitachi is Hitachi... Performance is really good, silent, and performs as designed.... No nonsense machine. Waiting for my next month's power bill to build on this review.

Hello Guys,Those who think that this AC has low ratings by users are most commonly unsatisfied by the service provided.I have bought this from Reliance Digital with installation free.Writing this review on three weeks usage of Hitachi, This is Best in its class although you can go ahead with ogeneral but still at the price lesser than ogeneral -> Hitachi is best.AC cooling is very good, even at 28* temperature the cooling is maintained and the flow of air is good.You wont get the digits displayed on the AC, but in the remote u will have with back light support which is missing in my daikin AC.It has a silent mode which reduces the sound from the AC which is more helpful while u sleep.Other bla..bla things u can find in all the AC's... Definitely you can choose this Hitachi Model..Use V-Guard VWI 400 Voltage Stabilizer double boost which is also good, can be bought for 4500 /- outside anywhere.

I really like the air conditioner, it can do a lot of different things. Though there is some problem with service of this product. Definitely not a sarkari AC

Very good model. With good control options....silent mode, auto power saving mode, humidity control mode, specific cool mode, fan speed adjustment and much more. Chills the room fast enough. I use auto mode...which provides proper cooling without any noise. Till now very good experience.

Guys I baught it in Bajaj electronics Hyderabad , as many people shared about service part, its true surprisingly Hitachi is not providing any good service by considering installation, complaints, and unprofessional service guys, guys Ac is good one, equally service is also important, so plz go for Daikin

It's awesome. I loved it.

Cools a 10x9x15 feet room pretty fast. The remote is not the most responsive or sleek looking. Otherwise quite satisfactory. It's been 3 months so far.

WHEN OPENED PACKAGE FOUND AC CORNER BROKEN. I WONT MIND IF IT GET REPLACED.

I have bought DC inverter ac. Water starts dipping from the AC and as you reach out to the technical team, they come and say this is just a water blockage in the pipes. They wait till the warranty period gets over and once over they now say that the problem is because of a broken piece behind the ac and I need to shell out a grand amount.

The promised gift card of 2000 on hotel booking and of 500 rupees on domestic flight on make my trip.com has still not been delivered

All the bad comments you read about Hitachi service are true. No one came to install the AC even after 1 week of buying. No help from Amazon either. Returning AC.

Very Bad Product Please Don't Buy This. I Bought it 2 month ago and it's remote stopped working and service man told that after 20 days this product will be repaired. this is very worst Item I totally disappointed with this product even though this is also costly then other product with same features. In this Modal also lots people have problem so Hitachi disappointed me totally. BAD ITEM with 43,000 to 44,000.Very BAD

Service in Bangalore is bad. Installation was a headache with neither Amazon nor manufacturer clear on who was responsible for it. Amazon did it finally. One year now the manufacturer's service guy says installation was faulty. Now Product not working & No replacement coming.

Don't buy or go for this product . waist of your money. Total series has manufacturing problem & service also too poor. With 2 month, it will show you the exact character. Don't look at this product / Brand. Minimum service period 1month, where they told you prompt service at the time of sell. If you buy, you only buying pain.
