Good Product From HITACHI. WS Retailer was very good to deliver product to me in 2 days. Happy with WS Retailer. Every thing is perfect Except Way swing.....as mentioned in Specification 4 ways swing..... it is a false information provided by retailer as product is good and installed i do'nt want to replace but do not furnish wrong information to customer. No doubt product is good and i hope my electricity bill comes low this time.. Product is Awesome...

Guys, This air conditioner is simply one of the best air conditioner I've ever come across. This filled up with with loads of features like 50 percent power consumption operation mode and 100 percent. As for the reviews which are saying that there is no 4 way swing, the 1.5 tons inverter ac, has the 4 way swing and it works fine. Along with a supercool in mode and a silent mode it also has a dehumidifier mode. The best part for me was that I got free installation and demo of this product ( I asked him a lot of questions actually) According to the technician, my living room was bigger than the cooling capacity of the 1.5 ton.....and I was a bit afraid as to whether this air conditioner will cool the room enough or not.....but this was BEYOND my expectations! On the 50 percent power mode....I run the super cool and post 15 mins you have the most comfortable temperature you'd like to be in. 2 hours and it starts becoming really chilly......6 hours and you won't be able to bear it! That too in a room where an ac of 2 tons would suit much better! Also, the silent mode works like a miracle (nobody believes me when I say the ac is actually operating until I show them the moving air outlets!) It's amazingly silent. Creates a perfect environment in a really humid weather and keeps silent in the silent mode allowing you to focus even more on the tasks at hand! The remote is a a but shorter than the ones offered by Daikin......but it's got bright back light display, glow in the dark buttons so you get to easily see it in the dark. I can't really point out any CONS of thus product OR the service provided by flipkart Installation was scheduled three days post delivery which they did in two days on request at a mutually convenient time. Both the delivery guy as well as the technician knew what they were doing and there was no lack of professionalism. This AIRCONDITIONER is one you won't EVER regret buying. My word. Good Luck!

Excellent product from Hitachi. They are leading air con manufacturers in the world. The inverter tech compressor consumes very less power hence save on huge electricity bills. I have been using it since past 3 months, no issues whatsoever. Very silent external as well as internal units. Quick cooling. It is always advisable to check room dimensions before zeroing on the tonnage of an AC. I use it in 12' x 12' room and have observed good results as far as cooling and power consumption is concerned. It hardly consumes 3-4 units in 6-8 hours of operation everyday.

I have ac received but wireless remote holder was not in the box

Product is good. Unfortunately AC sensor stopped working after 10 days. I called Hitachi service center regarding the issue but they still not able to fix it. I think this sensor problem is a generic one for Hitachi. My neighbour also faced same issue with Hitachi split AC.

Best Airconditioner in its category... Best part of buying the Inverter based ACs is the energy savings which obviously translates to money saving also. I have been using it for the last one year now. And every month I have saved roughly about 4-5 thousand rupees ... Given my AC is running atleast 15 hours a day during the season. If I calculate the saving I should be recovering the cost of this AC in next 3 years. The only thing that is pinching me is the cost of AMC which HITACHI has increased substantially otherwise it's A Great AC !!!

Flipkart delivered product in 2 days from the ordering. But installation takes 6 days of several followups and escalations. Got to know from service engineer that they have huge no of pending installation calls due to surge in temperature. This was same even if it purchased through offline. Happy to get product on discounted rate far lesser then offline rate. AC is cooling the room faster even with 50% loading mode and air through is high. But found that 4 way air swing not working. Service engineer came for installation told it is not available in the model.I have checked in Hitachi catalog same function is available. Need to call again. .

For AC, I am not happy with cooling of AC compare to other I have seen. Noise is also not that much of lower.

FALSE key features: 1) With a backlit Remocon, control the operation of this air conditioner from any part of the room. TRUTH: There is not backlit Remocon. You have to locate it with lights on at night in the room. 2) This is not a 5 STAR energy rating appliance. TRUTH: It has 3 STAR energy rating. 3) You can cool every corner of your room with this air conditioner's 4-Way Air Swing technology. TRUTH: This needs to be done manually. GOOD THINGS: 1) BEST in the class cooling. 2) Low Noise

The AC compared to others, is more gradual in cooling. This is a 3 Star AC and not a 5 Star. Also, the 4 Way cooling feature is not available. Johnson Control - Hitachi service is pathetic, as you need to follow up continuously. Flipkart is not making proper product catalog and it is misleading for online buyer. I am a long time buyer from Flipkart but very disappointed with my current purchase.

Purchased last year. Used for few months.. Not started this year so far.

Product is good but installation was so poor. Flipkart need to focus on installation and should hire some skilled electricians

Product is OK but instalation is not much markable suggestion for Flipkart please change your installation vendor partner because of vendor you will loose customers

I had earlier a good Hitachi window AC and thought this would work on similar lines. Unfortunately its no where close to my old Window AC in its cooling and I paid a very high price. Even I tried reaching Hitachi many times and they don't even turn up for servicing the AC to get into normal mode.. @ 16 C on remote I dont even feel 25 C and feel 30-40 c even after switching on. I'm not commenting on the model but the piece i got.

if it is inverter AC, it does not mean 5 Star in Power Consumption. (Flipkart : Please correct this) This AC is merely 3 Star AC and not a power saver.

This AC comes up when we apply filter of Inverter (5+ Star) on the flipkart website. However when we read the product description the efficient rating is 3.94 only - Performance Features EER 3.94 W/W I requested for a return of the product which flipkart did. So completely satisfied with the service but not so much with the product and the description on the website!

Please do not buy AC from Flipcart, or i will suggest do not buy anything from flipcart which have some afterward service. Now review according to their guideline: Have not used AC because not yet installed after 10 day of reminding Reader believe me do not buy if they promise that there will we service attached with that I baught AC from them, there was installation with in two days but now its is 10 days no installation, they are keep on giving date on date... Get your facts right!???
