Best ac in class carrier just fail compare this

Very good product purchased it from Reliance digital. Cost was 35600 with free installation and delivery. Hitachi is the best brand.

Very good product from Hitachi. a Bit noisy but chilling property is excellent.

The seller sold a defective product. On installation, the AC was not working. We had to lodge a complain with hitachi. However, before hitachi representatives could come, the ac started on its own after an hour. Later on, after few days, the product stopped working. And ac would start only after 30 min of switching on power supply. Today the hitachi representative visited and said mother board is faulty and it needs to be replaced. Why are vendors selling faulty products. I want a replacement / refund.

Generates lot of sound

very disappointing product within one year its controller has stopped working, and despite all complaints company is not responding to replace it, non responsive attitude over all fully disappointed not only with product but also with services of company and i ll never suggest any one to go for it

Very Noisy and flimsy product. Poor quality.1. AC noise is 48DB in real.2. The unit won't cool during hot summer. Only during night time it cools well. I have a LG window unit which is a life saver during peak summer.3. The unit gets chocked often. The dust accumulated is not easy to remove like other products.4. AC remote is very less user friendly and no sleep options.
