Amazing Product

I had a lot of trouble getting installation from Hitachi Service Centre. Delivery was super quick. The product itself is perfect. The indoor unit is really compact and really silent. Does the job for the master bedroom which we thought maybe too big given the AC is 1.2 but it's still cooling really well. It's a 3.8 EER with 1065 watt max usage but it's too early to tell if it is saving us money on our electric bills. Doesn't have an LED display on the indoor unit if that's something you would consider. Hitachi took about 3 weeks to send the installation guys but they were helpful and efficient. Giving it 5 stars as Unit is great, delivery was quick and Amazon support was good.

Good Product Happy To Buy😀

I bought it from Vijay sales, lajpat Nagar for 31500. Good ac after 8 days of use. I noticed one thing that products (large appliance)which are exclusive from Flipkart are not good. U will never find an AC of Hitachi sold here exclusively, anywhere in the market and they got such so called exclusive products highly rated and reviewed positively. e.g. for this AC, they have bad ratings, who knows they sold faulty units. But this is really a good AC with less power consumption if your room is less than 120 sq feet. I am using on third floor from side sun facing room. One more floor build over mine and is working great.

Product is very good. But the seller is very bad. Got a product with a broken seal and well packed. Seller delivered the product by local transport tampoo. Delivery guys are very bad in manner and very rough in behaviour. Arguing for tips. Don't buy from this seller.

Cooling is Good and Product is also good but not user friendly Remote operations. Cannot make out if AC is OFF or ON without proper display and LED indicators are bit confusing. Otherwise liked the Product and quality is good.

Giving great cooling as of today! Hope it continues to function the same way.

Working great. Nice price by amazon. Got it for below 29K after cash back offer. Paid 400/- for installation with my own wall mount bracket and stabilizer. One star less because of untrained Hitachi outsourced installation guys. Were not able to do clean installation. were trying things and then applying it.

Gas leaked in 15 days , not sure at this stage if it's the product or hitachi service workmen.Still not effective, not the technician says that its due to wrongly installed outdoor unit, who is responsible for the same> Think its the product, HITACHI please wake up and call the customer 9911988550

Worst AcNever buy this acAfter a week,the AC had to be replaced again same circuit problem in it and after that the same issue came up again even after contacting the company many times. They used to send their executive but it don't help.I had spended a lot after my warranty period but there is a major company fault in this product this model of Hitachi should be banned. Looks like the company is trying only clear it's stock and doesn't care about the customers satisfaction.

v. v worst products 35k is wast i bought before 2months now the a/c stops every 20mins. 100times i need to switch on the a/c in the middle of the night. services person says mother board problem. Then what is the use of quality test certified. the other bulshut reason is mother board lack of stock it seams. all fraud.. pls don't buy HITACHI PRODUCTS.

I have purchased, online, 5 airconditioners for my home over the past 1 year. 2 Hitachis and 3 reputed Korean made ones. My Hitachi's have not stopped giving trouble while the Korean airconditioners are performing well. There does seem to be a manufacturing quality issue with Hitachi as problems keep cropping up. Unfortunately, Hitachi service is non-existent hence fixing issues takes multiple calls and escalations. Much of the time, the toll-free and other complaint numbers do not work. Call centre staff are poorly trained and not professional. Complaints raised in the mobile app are not attended to. Therefore, the airconditioner(s) remains unusable for long periods of time. This is in sharp contrast with service visits occurring for the Korean brands without having to be requested. Besides, I've not faced any issue with the Korean airconditioners so far.

Worst buy ever.The after sale service is terrible and the Goregaon Hitachi service centre people are worthless.Rarely they pick up the phone there.The quality of the plastic is worst.Our front flap of the ac broke twice in 1.5 years and all this is not covered in the AMC.We are also using a Voltas split ac from last 8 years.we never faced any such problem with Voltas.Our suggestion is to go for Voltas,carrier, or daikin but never go for Hitachi.
