Got it delivered on time as usual. And the installation was smooth. The hitachi guys wanted installation fees upon which i contacted flipkart and they in turn asked me to pay the bill and reimbursed the amount promptly. It was another satisfying buy at flipkart. I was looking to buy an AC and visited few retail outlets. None of them had 1.2 T ACs and all of them suggested to go for 1.5 Ton for my 140 sft bedroom. I narrowed down to Hitachi 1.5 Ton quoting 45k and Bluestar 1.5 T quoting 42.5K and it was then I saw this offer in Flipkart which was offering this product for 29.5k (after discount and cashback for ICICI netbanking). I didnt think for a second and purchased it online from Flipkart. Got the product delivered in a good condition within 2 days. The installation was free of cost but the guy who installed was not aware of it. He somehow wanted to sell the brackets for fixing out door unit on the wall though we showed him provision for placing it on the slab. Apart from this, the installation was done in a good manner. I have been using this AC for the past 20 days and below is my opinion: Pros: -It cools my 140 sft room in 10 minutes. -It has almost all the basic features like 4 way cooling, timer, etc -Noise of the indoor unit is very less Cons: -Doesnt have a display on the indoor unit. Most of the ACs have a display of the temperature and the mode in which it is running. -Outdoor unit makes a lot of noise but shouldnt be a problem. -Doesnt have advanced filters. Shouldnt be a problem if you are staying in residential area away from pollution and away from industrial areas. Overall its a very good product and worth each and every rupee spent.

Got the delivery in 1 day and the same was installed on that itself by Hitachi!!! Superb technician and nice cooling by the AC. Booked on 16th May and Machine installed and operating by 17th.

Product is awesome, but be careful with the installation guys they tend to charge a lot for the extra accessories

I buy this product on 17th may'16 and flip kart delivered on 18th may. Next day of delivery Hitachi engineer came for installation. This product was with free installation but Installation fee they charged Rs 500/- When I complained against their Fee, Flip Kart immediately return with Flip Kart Voucher of Rs 500 after producing the bills as given by Hitachi. My Room Size is 10x12 fit who's two walls is exposed to sun. after 5 minutes AC switch on Room gets comfort. It is very nice AC and I am thanks to Flip Kart.

Very very bad after sales service from hitachi

Double game by flipkart At the time they were giving offer of 15% discount with ICICI net banking my pincode 500089 was not covered. After removal of that offer my pin code was covered. Hahaha Hahaha flippant double game

5 star for flipkart service and 5 star for ac performance but can't sleep while ac running very noise even low mode also has noise compare to other brand ac. and the A/C has R22 gas used for refrigerant which is going to band from 2020. perfect AC for Office purpose for home better to choose some other... i have request to return the product

I bought hitachi AC 1.2 ton on 14th of march 2016 , from the day one iam facing issues: 1:Installation was done after 15 days of delivering the product that to after lot of follow ups 2.AC is not working properly and raised ticket to Hitachi on 21st april but no one has responded till date to resolve the issue. 3.Escalated to top level in Hitachi help desk but not response Very very bad service ,kindly don't opt for Hitachi AC's in India.
