Nice product,but got old remote.

Timely delivery and very good price. I just missed the discounted installation. Not happy for it.but AC looks good. Nice features. Cooling meets Hitachi standards. Needs to install outdoor unit stand and the extra length of copper pipe n cord. Also drain pipe. Total amt approx 3.5k.

Excellent AC. This is my second Hitachi AC and completely satisfied by the product. Only thing is you have to pay 1500 extra for installation. Also I had to pay 1000 rs for extra pipe.

it is really a good ac. it has it can cool very fast. i have another one of the same brand installed 3yrs ago which runs nicely no issue till date. minimum maintenance less noise. worthy to buy

Hitachi ac is indeed doing its job perfectly. I am very much happy with the product. But they have charged Rs. 1200 for installation. The installation fee part has to be clarified by the seller before delivering it

My room area is 12x11 & this Hitachi 1.2 ton Air-conditioner perfectly done his job for me. Cooling is good. Expected cooling time for my room is around 10 mints. Smart mode with increasing temperature help me a lot at sleeping time. I have once settings problem and Customer service was prompt. The service engineer came to my door just next day.

A very good product: Delivery and installation by QRS was smooth. But QRS charged me for installation. The air conditioner is silent and cools the room instantly and with a five star rating must be energy efficient too. A good value for money

nice product, Great performance!!Its cooling 120Sq feet room with 10feet cealing height within 10min with temp set on 25degree.Satisfied with product and happy for the price which was offered to me by Amazon.

Using this for almost a year i am very satisfied with the service of the product and cooling capacity. it has tones of feature for different weather conditions, it's easy to clean and maintain i do it myself, a light indicated when it requires cleaning. i have done its installation twice as i have moved once and i am satisfied with the service quality provided by the company.

I used this product since 2 years back and also transferred from one house to another house and no single trouble given. Thanks for Hitachi and Amozon to provide usthis such type of product.

Awesome AC. Prompt delivery in 2 days by flipkart..but not sure why flipkart sends 3rd party guys to install but not hitachi technicians....warranty is void by Hitachi if installed by anyone else( flipkart claims to give warranty by them but buying a premium AC s to get product warranty and not seller warranty )...i called up hitachi and installed it for free ( there was offer that time for 5 star AC s) but flipkart told me its 1500 for their technicians to install...
