When I received this air cooler, it is well packed and factory finished, then I opened it and filled water then switch on, it gives only hot air and a siren sound, I realised water pump is not working,then I made a replacement request and booked one complaint to Hindware, 2nd day one technician came from Hindware and opened the unit and checked, there is bundle of cardboard in between the water pump and blower, he removed it and close the unit, then it is working fine till date, powerful chill air through and no noice , there is a small mistake in the packing section, that caused me two days headache , now I really enjoyed, and strongly suggest it is very good and stylish air cooler, in this price range.

I'm sharing my 4 days experience, The build quality is average, but i was impressed with fan speed and room cooling.. there is bad odor while running air cooler, after reading manual book i got to know that it is caused due to honey pad and as per manual ..smell will be last for one week.. over all its good..

Product is good and the quality of the material is not at par. Flipkart delivery is good and well packed but water tank pipe was missing. Overall good for medium size room which have good ventilation

Writting after using for one season. Got in on diwali sale under 4k. Awesome product. Perfect air throw. Medium noise. Takes around 30-45 min to cool down room. No smell. Spin is good. Water capacity and placement off water feeling point is good.

Perfect product...if it had an option to fill water directly from bucket then would be better but still apart from that its is awesome...

Overpriced. Just complete wastage of money. Sincere advice to all, not to purchase at any cost. Zero effective and what more bad Flipkart can offer that this product does not have any return policy. Buy it only if you want to buy a table fan worth Rs. 9000.

Got a problem on 4 th day after the purchase . Still now the problem was not resolved from past month . Till now the issue is not resolved from last one month
