  When I received this air cooler, it is well packed and factory finished, then I opened it and filled water then switch on, it gives only hot air and a siren sound, I realised water pump is not working,then I made a replacement request and booked one complaint to Hindware, 2nd day one technician came from Hindware and opened the unit and checked, there is bundle of cardboard in between the water pump and blower, he removed it and close the unit, then it is working fine till date, powerful chill air through and no noice , there is a small mistake in the packing section, that caused me two days headache , now I really enjoyed, and strongly suggest it is very good and stylish air cooler, in this price range.
