Havells has not provided information regarding life of key mantainance parts life span for various air/HEPA filters. Cost of these spares need to be provided so no hidden costs are kept for the performance of these equipments.

The product is nothing great. Regular purifier. After using for 3 years. Worst part is the filter is not available anywhere in the market. Not even in Havells.

Have not found much improvement in quality of environment. Even the colour code of lights does not change even after hours of running thr equipment, it shows red (not amber) all the time.I am not sure if it is working properly. I request you to kindly have it inspected to ensure it?s proper functioning.

Doesn't seem to work on air quality. Also one problem, if electricity goes off in the night and comes back again, you need to again switch it on. So practically you can't use it in nights in India. It should automatically start working when the electricity comes.

Just realized this post reading the only other 1-star review for this product. If you notice (till date), there is NOT A SINGLE VERIFIED PURCHASE review. It is only a verified purchase review that actually lends credibility and authenticity to reviews.Surprising how those reviewing haven't even bought the product from Amazon (especially when it's an 'AMAZON EXCLUSIVE' product). How could these people be possibly using the product without even buying it? Can't even assume they bought it elsewhere and reviewed here considering it's an exclusive product.Really shocked to see reputed companies like Havells resort to such 'tricks' instead of counting on genuine product reviews (as good or bad as they may be!).Such tactics would only make me more wary of even considering this product!

The product is very flimsy and it's come without a manual. Not worth the price. You get better brands n finish at the same price. I bought it considering that it's make in India but it has a lot of catching up to do before meeting the quality expectations

Worst product and even further worst service. I bought this product from local market on 8th november and found light indicators not working, I lodged a complaint was told technician will visit within 48 hours.. but this 13th and no technician has visited!!!PLS DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT

Havells AP-22 Air purifier pops up for sale and people who have not even purchased the product start showering great reviews on the Havells air purifier. A casual glance shows that none of them has made a purchase and that for me is the most valid part. I'll prefer to stay away from a product where Havells itself wants to alter our opinion with shady tactics.
