Excellent product . have been using since one year and it has helped to cut my AC bill by 20% . lowest noise . feature of collapsible front to shut the cooler when not in use is very helpful

Nice cooler. satisfied with the performance. I brought from Havells store directly.

Works as a cooler that can be kept inside the room, and moved around if needed. Has reasonably good build quality, and has honeycomb pads with plastic mesh to trap dust. The best solution is to get a local make cooler and keep it outside the room in balcony or window, but if that is not possible then this a good option. Definitely better than a few competing brands since the build seems to be better.Been using since past year, and it has served the purpose. The main drawback is that even the lowest fan speed is quite high, Would be good to have lower fan speeds.

The build quality is really good and the cooler packs a lot of features.Now, I cannot speak for those who reside in a dry place like Delhi. A lot of people seem to think it's inadequate. I guess such a dry place requires a large window-mounted air cooler. So, if you are looking for a cooler to humidify plus cool a large hall, this may not be the cooler for you (I haven't lived in a hot and dry place; so I can't say).I reside in a place with some humidity, and I do not need to humidify a huge space. In fact, the authorised dealers refused to show me anything like this because there is no need for a desert cooler here - only the low-end coolers. I got it only because I could not fit AC in the hall due to practical difficulties. So, I knew what I was getting and I was aware of the cooling capacity required from such a product for my purpose. This one fits in really well.Tbh, I expected a bit more throw of air from the fan. But I compared the noise levels of the competing products (on Youtube videos :|) and this one is relatively silent. It also has some features like auto-drain, which made this product compelling. It felt like an all-rounder. After using it for sometime, I have no complaints whatsoever.

Value of money good looking fully loaded

Previously I gave 1 star rating, as there was a problem with my cooler, however, customer service was superb, same day they resolved the issue. I also had a complaint of not getting cooler air. There is a protective mesh on the pads which was covered with dust. We removed the mesh now it is working awesome. Heard many complaining of not getting cooler air, just remove the mesh on pads air will flow easily and will get cooler air.

Very less noise when it considering its air cooler. Air flow is great. Auto fill option is great. It helps for hassle free filling. Its worth paying when you are serious about buying something permanent and not as makeshift arrangement. I am happy so far. Amazon delivered product well.
