Good looks. Build quality is good. Well designed internally too. Air flow is good. Auto Drain is convenient .The cooler swing motor failed on the very next day which was a surprise for such a quality brand, but Havells' service is prompt. It was replaced within 24 Hours.Happy with the purchase.

The heat of summer is unbearable without a cooler. We are very happy to get relief in hot summer all due to this cooler. It has good looks and solid build quality. Once you start it, within 15 minutes it cools down the room temperature and yes, it doesn't throw water. Motor is quiet powerful to blow good amount of air around you. It comes with remote so you don't need to change the settings manually every time. Humidity control is one very useful features for dry area like Rajasthan. Also Auto Drain is a convenient feature to prevent mosquito breeding inside the cooler. The cooling pad has triple layer of dust and insect protection and delivers dust free cool air. Large 24 litre water tank is enough for nights cooling effectively. We are quite happy with the purchase.

Noisy cooler ... Remote was missing complained but nothing happened. It's better to have air conditioner then buying air cooler

The cooling isn't enough and has some really fragile parts

Cooling pad are getting cool. I have already informed the defect in June 2019. But, no body has solved my problem
