With good design, very good active noise cancellation, and a fun and energetic sound, the Pixel Buds Pro is worth it for Android users, especially if you use Google Assistant a lot.

That said, the lack of advanced Bluetooth codec support and the fact that the app doesn't work on iOS does hold the earphones back a bit.
