This washing machine is a good product. The features are good and as nicely explained by Amazon, some of them are better than that of other companies. The display is simple to use and this product is a must buy.

I was skeptical about considering this product, but I decided to go to a retail store and then make a decision, because choosing an appropriate washing machine as per one's needs is a time consuming job.I had shortlisted LG, Samsung and Godrej.Considering the features, variety of customizable programs, design I chose Godrej Eon Allure 650 PANMP.Godrej machines are relatively newer than other brand machines, and also have new features.I have used it for a week now and this is what I feel.- Build quality - Great- Washing Quality - Excellent. I threw the dirtiest clothes at it, and it cleaned those swiftly. Pre soak function really helps in cleaning hard stains.- Features - Greaty variety of features and highly customizable.- Noise - Low to Average- Vibrations - Minimal- Installation - It was quick, but the installation guy seemed to have few incorrect details about the product.I would recommend it anyday.

Product delivered but Installing not done please do needfull

All good. But it makes a lot of sound during the ... I guess while drying the clothes...There is no indication on the machine where it says which process is going on... While cleaning the clothes sometimes it stops for around 10-15 minutes... I don't what it does during that time... But it again starts suddenly.... Really Amazon's amazing products... Hahahaha....

Baught this for parents and their feedback is positive. The control panel is customisable and that makes their job super easy. Wish they had White colour though.

Nice product but only complaint I had is that the person came for demo didn't gave us proper instructions for how to use it

Installation not done

I have ordered Indigo blue. But when I unpacked it it was grey. In invoice it is mentioned Indigo blue but actual product colour is grey.

Machine get imbalance at time of the rinse cycle. I suggest better to go with any other product.

Bad customer care service....worst product ever.....And last but not the least the machine was not good enough acc to price..........

Product delivered on29/09/18 person came for installation on 03/10/2018 and he neither given any demo nor started the machine and adviced to see demo iU Tube.accordingly I tried to start the machine but failed and E6 is shown in the machine. But I tried to contact Godrej customer care but failed I don't know how to get rid of the situation.

 There is a big issue called "imbalance"While running it will suddenly stop and beeps for imbalance. U need to open the lid and lift the cloths from basin and drop again..this may happen many times during washing. So you should sit next to washing machine until it completes washing. And you cannot switch on the machine and go to bed. And second biggest issue is water consumption. It consumes double than IFB front load machines of 6.5 kg which we are using earlier. This eon product programming makes you attempt to break the machine by its activities which would let your patience go away. If you put wet cloths for drier purpose, initially it will show 5 mins, then within 1 minute this will change to 15-20 mins and automatically sets up its rinse and seeks for water inlet..but my purpose is to dry out water..refer video.. it's a genius innovative product by Godrej.. please buy, use for somedays and suggest me a best waste mart to throw this Godrej eon consumer product.. Last but not least, for any program whether it is daily or wool or cotton or easy care it would overlap it's time..for example..for daily option, if it shows 68 mins while it starts.. but it will ends it's process only after 2-3 hours approx.. hope this review helps you to take better decisions while spending your hard earned money. .
