WOW!! What a automatic machine. Just made my life easy. Great product and value for money. Just purchased the machine and the demo guy installed it the same day. Very smooth and easy operation.

the washing machine is good... lot of options are there and it looks very aesthetic... does not make much noise unlike my previous samsung machine. after the delivery of product in morning, i got sms from flipkart and godrej about demo registration number. the demo guy came in the same day (evening) and everything was very smooth. i asked the demo person about the quality of machine. he said its very good and using latest technology. according to him whirlpool and lg are good companies in washing machine. but lg machine last for 5-6 only and godrej product has more life. this machine motor has 10 years of warranty thats why little expensive than others..... but also shows the company trust on their product. overall a satisfied customer. happy to give business to indian company - godrej... thus participating in narendra modi sir made in india drive. jai bharat.

My wife has been using this washing machine since 2 months and she likes the way clothes get washed. Her being a cleanliness freak she wanted a inbuilt heater in the washing machine. The heater works well for and so does the machine. The installation guy of the washing machine was however not knowing how to use the machine himself. My wife had to read the manual to get it working. He had no idea about the usonic feature which is almost useless but also didn't know how to get the heater started. pros: 1) built in heater 2) cleans clothes well 3) decent clothes capacity cons: 1) not sure about the quality of the body of the machine seems really flimsy 2) makes a lot of noise while drying, feels like it might break in between its that loud. Hasn't broken yet

the delivery was on time from flipkart and the product is excellent. i am using it from last one year. but the customer service of godrej is very bad. i had made a complaint from last 2 months to replace the heater of washing machine and no one till date has solved it.

flipkart maintained my trust..........flipkart delivered machine with in 4 days of booking with good & well condition. next day godrej service center people installed the machine.

Features are good. Using since a year, happy with the product and no issues. Worth it.

U-Sonic ray is not worked properly as shown in advestisement... I will suggest other to buy without that feature? same model is available without that feature which costs 2000/- lesser

better. Not bad. Front loads are better wash than top loads. So this product is better. I suggest to buy front load machine .

Good product on using last two year little noisy during spin

Product is good but it shakes to much and making too much noise needs to improve quality, service is good I have called godrej serviceman & they repair it 2 to 3 times according to it's price little disappointing.

Over priced. Had to change the motor within 2-3 months of purchase. Worst ...

I purchased this product after a deep research in market and online I compared all the features with other products and I finally purchased this product as this has got in-built heater for hot water washing. But within one month the complete electronic mechanism failed and completely stopped working.I registered complained to Godrej with complaint no.- P1509962810 on 15th sept and believe me after 4 days of continuous follow-up ,the service person came on 19th sept and could not start the machine as the total electronic mechanism failed. I strongly recommend to think twice before buying this product. Alternate good option for this product is from Whirlpool which too has got similar features with in-built heater for hot water washing. Now I am hand washing my clothes since last 4 days, only GOD know what will happen next!!!!. :(

This is a new model and i got three technician to give me demo and provide installation. They absolutely don't know anything about this product and still i am stuck. The machine generates a big humming sound also which is quite awkward. I am still waiting for a proper demo. If the same pattern continues i will be forced to return this product.

Does anything but cleaning. Have tried different products and also a water softener. Have seen nothing happen so far. Wonder, if it really cleans clothes.

Order through flipkart and prompt delivery made on May28th, after that 8 days over there is no person for demo/installation. When checked with customer service only promises and tkt nubmer. Godrej claims they have not received any request or tkt for installation. W/M is sleeping at my home since 8 days....still not sure how is it going to be the product.

Hi, Delivered product is defective . Please collect it back Today Godrez Service Engineer attended and confirmed that Washing machine is not working and not serviceable . Please collect and return my money at the earliest. Thanks K.Lakshmi Reddy

Machine quality is not good, external body and parts looks filmy. Usonic function is of no use. heater cannot be manually adjusted.

Product is Worst.. Since Oct'15 ( when I purchased) There are lots of issues in this product. Even the Service Centre are not able to rectify.. They are even not agreeing to replace. Even arguing with customer that this problem is not possible.. even after showin videos/ Snaps of error...Strcitly No No...

After 1 years, it started making problem. After two years, panel stopped working. After 2 1/2 years, stop drainage and rusted whole body. Cheapest quality.

Waste of money, time, water.
