Value for money.Excellent cooling at hot weathers.My big drawing room is cooled effectively.

Hi , one of the major reasons why I bought this AC was because Godrej uses R 290 as a cooling gas . This is the most environment friendly gas available at the moment . The AC was installed on the same day of delivery , it was professional and I was charged rs 600 for the installation . The technician who came for the installation told me I wouldn't need a stabiliser unless there were major voltage fluctuations in my area - which is not the case . The cooling so far seems to be decent and the AC has a good display on the main unit . The condenser has been kept in the verandah outside the drawing room and it doesn't seem to be making too much noise . The AC itself isn't totally silent but the noise is certainly not a deal breaker . There is also a silent mode on the remote which cuts noise in a big way . Totally recommended product

Nothing to point out.It has been more than 45 days since I have received the AC and have been using it.All i can say it is the perfect air conditioner from Godrej!

The best part of this ac is it's coolant, it is using R290 which is the most eco-friendly coolant for an ac. The design and quality is also good. I don't like the remote control it is very fragile and the plastic over the display is par quality and easily scratch-able and fin part is not completely fan part let's say 20% is plastic. Cooling is up to the mark and efficiency is also good, the outdoor unit is not that noisy. Overall nice product with little cons which can be overheard considering the output results.

Overall performance is better than most of the high priced AC's available in market. Only issue is with the installation team who comes for the installation, you need to very vigilant as they may just fix the Ac somehow . Installation chargese mentioned is without GST, so when you get call from their installation team you will hear installation amount on higher side . Hence overall product is good.

The customer service of this ac is very bad. They have also closed my registered complaint without any visit very bad experience never buy Godrej products

Extremely over-priced for the quality. Makes loud noise, remote is extremely bad. You can hardly see what it displays. Not a great purchase. If you are considering a 2 ton, please consider Daiken, Bluestar. Not satisfied with the Product at all. Packaging was bad, and handling by the delivery people is extremely rough. They were literally throwing it out from the delivery truck. And don?t get me started on the installation. One of the worst experience. Godrej is one of the most pathetic companies when it comes to installation and service. The people who came were completely uneducated, they didn?t even understand what w I was saying. They demanded extra money even though installation cost said Rs. 799. After a day water started leaking from the ac unit and for a week no one from Godrej even bother to show up. Please do not buy anything from Godrej!

The AC is not effective at all. Almost no cooling is felt even after the AC is ON for 30+ minutes. In last three 3 months since the purchase & installation of the AC I've contacted the Godrej Customer care half-a-dozen time and every time their technician visits they say there is no problem with the AC. They are not able to identify the leak if any or some other problem.

Worst ac... takes a lot of time to start cooling,nearly 10 mins . Gives the same cooling at any temperature... doesn?t cool enough... Not worth the money...Really disappointed with technician service also...It?s like a show piece on the wall...No function...Please don?t opt for this product
