  Very bad quality ac.godrej gives warranty of 1 year. But it doesn't work for 2 months itself.

  Air conditioner is good but service is very poor and it's happened last 2times, I booked my complaint last week but no response from your service no technician visit so I want to change my AC another company

• Within 9 month indoor unit coil having gas linkage no way to repair it becomes trash

  Purchased 1.5 GODREJ AC inverter with copper coil within 1 year indoor unit coil having gas linkage which cannot be fixed have to replace whole coil, contacted service department and had very bad experience they are asking for 10000 charge even AC is in still warranty period please don't buy GODREEJ product. Instead go for china product at least they are cheaper with good quality then GODREJ. Don't buy GODREJ product spend 2-5 thousands more and go with well know brands like LLOYD, DAIKIN. I want to give 0 rating but there is no option to do so giving 1.

  Ac is good but your customer service is very poor , it takes very long time to solve it i have faced cooling issue from last week but no visiting of any technician by your customer care and if i asked then they said we can do soon , so tell me what i have to do ? Now am going to Change AC Because of your service executives are not able to solve my problem and very unsatisfied results i got from your service centre
