As expected always, one can trust blindly flipkart service, and product is nice and good, only one concern I have for installation, flipkart declared installation is free but jeeve services who installed ac they charged 1550/-, on behalf of stand and drain pipe.. I am not able to digest it and they took the rest copper pipe with them, requesting flipkart to look into the matter. I can rate flipkart service, delivery, installation priority 5 out of 5, for jeeve services 0.

Product super service poor and worst

I have ordered this ac on 2nd April,2017 and received the product on very next day morning. It is a 3 Star inverter A.C. A.C. was quiet silent and taking almost 40 to completely cool my 13x14 room. I have seen few complaints regarding Jeeves installation. Thats why contacted directly Godrej customer care and they have installed the A.C. same day, so within a day it is operational. For installation they have charged Rs 3500. 1. Rs 1500 for standared installation Fee. 2. Rs 800 for bracket. 3. Rs 600 for 20 ft insulation tape. 4. Rs 600 for 10 ft Water pipe. Except that I have to provide white cement seperately. Till now experience is satisfactory, will update later about power consumption. Not sure how warranty will be cover, along with free servicing.

AC i ordered on March25th with SBI discount, Initially i thought they will give 2016 manufactured product since the rate is cheap but they gave 2017 product... Everything comes with AC, from the machine to the pvc pipes and cement and tapes too.. Take care that every item is used by installation ppl. Installation: I was not waiting for flipkart, I called godrej customer care and they did everything for RS 1400/- Installation people done their work well. Received notification from godrej about the warraty period everything. They came next day itself after delivery, prompt service from Godrej AC: AC indoor looks elegant, with hidden display. Optional to turn it ON or OFF. It has timer ON and OFF as well which is very helpful. Apart from that it has turbo mode, sleep mode etc. Cooling is faster and Air throw is good as well. My room size is 11 X 14ft and terrace above with direct sun on the window. Still cooling is good. From the study i could feel R410 gas is easily compressed so the coooling is faster. Inverter technology: I saves electricity bill if your usage is much, actually AC wont cut off like traditional AC. It will run in different AMps to save electricity and mainitain cooling at the same time. I tried to enquire this AC in satyas, viveks, Ratna fan house and Shahs..everywhere price is above 42k. Flipkart offers AC in very cheap price. Initially i was worried about the warranty, i bought after confirming with Godrej customer care. It comes with 7 years compressor warranty and 1 year full product warranty.(there is optional AMC godrej offers which covers whole AC for 1+4years) I was looking for Hitachi, Daikin and Godrej.I would suggest to go for this price Thanks!
