After using for more than a year I can say it's not worth buying. The plastic lid top got damaged without any fault of ours right in a month or two. The drier has had a problem from within mo this of usage of balancing and creates lot of noise. Even after ensuring balanced placement of Clothes it vibrates way too much and creates unpleasant sound. Service response is fast but issue wasn't resolved successfully Won't suggest anyone to buy this

I have buy the machine vide order ID OD405619821109966000 /order dated 30.03.2016 (Sold by WS Retail Pvt Ltd) (Product IME/Sr No GWM808GA1549RO1808). Now Drainage of washing machine is not working & I am interacting with the company since last 10 days on daily through mail & by phone on their customer care Centre. But all in vein, they are not bother to answer any reply of my mails & 90% time no one is picking phone on customer care No. When picked up every time they made false committments. Till now no mechanic is visit to see the default. If you have any surplus or waste money then must be purchase this product or beware of this product.

the product is not up to the mark for quality of body as expected. also the product is not refund, facing issue with team in refunding. flipkart cancel refund 4 times

The Washing Machine that was delivered initially had a water leakage problem. Technician had visited and initiated for the replacement of the product. Thereafter the replacement Washing Machine that was arrived had got with Defective Drier. Now again had a followup and their local authorized Technician confirmed the defective Drier, thereafter initiated for the replacement of defective drier. But now for the past two months we are having followup with GEM customer support team and Local authorized technician to get it rectified. Still the issue was not resolved. Poor Customer Support team and they doesn't response to the email queries. Need to have multiple followups with GEM customer support team to get to know the status update.

Very very poor Quality product. It gets damaged frequently .Many problems with this washing machine. Wrost experience
