Sega is a Japanese video games company founded in 1960 and is headquartered in Tokyo. The company used to make gaming consoles such as the Dreamcast, Sega Mega Drive, and Genesis, but has since stepped out of that business to focus on video games. Sega is known for popular game franchises such as Sonic the Hedgehog, Yakuza, Football Manager, and Total War.
