Although the game is up for pre-order, developer Ubisoft Massive has yet to provide details on hardware specifications PC gamers will need to run its upcoming post-pandemic open world third-person role-playing video game, Tom Clancy's The Division.

But keen-eyed members of gaming platform Steam have unearthed what they claim is a reply from Ubisoft Russia on minimum and required PC specifications for the closed beta that arrives next week on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Windows PC.

Below are the requirements for Tom Clancy's The Division. Note that these may not be final or could be entirely inaccurate.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Operating System: 64-bit Windows 7 Service Pack 1, Windows 8.1 or Windows 10
  • Processor: Intel Core i5-2400 3.1GHz or AMD FX-6100 3.3GHz
  • RAM: 6 GB
  • Graphics card: 2GB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 or AMD Radeon HD 7770
  • Hard Drive: 40 GB free space

Recommended Requirements:

  • Operating System: 64-bit Windows 7 Service Pack 1, Windows 8.1 or Windows 10
  • Processor: Intel Core i7-3770 3.5GHz or AMD FX-8350 4.0GHz
  • RAM: 8 GB
  • Video Card: 4GB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 or AMD Radeon R9 290
  • Hard Drive: 40 GB free space

AMD:

  • AMD Radeon HD 7000 series - AMD Radeon HD 7770 or better

NVIDIA:

  • GeForce GTX 500 series - GeForce GTX 560 or better
  • GeForce GTX 600 series - GeForce GTX 660 or better
  • GeForce GTX 700 series - GeForce GTX 760 or better
  • GeForce GTX 900/ Titan series: GeForce GTX 960 or better

At the time of writing, specifications weren't available on the game's listing page on Steam. Tom Clancy's The Division will release worldwide for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Microsoft Windows on March 8.
