With Grand Theft Auto V (GTA V) hitting PCs this week, developer Rockstar Games has shown off the Rockstar Editor. It's a fully featured video editing tool present in the PC version of the game.

What this means is, you won't be spending time in Los Santos merely running over pedestrians or recording your finest moments in the game's over-the-top single-player campaign. Options include the ability to select a host of camera modes, tweak the depth of field, customise audio and much more.

Furthermore, the director mode feature allows you to slice up in-game moments, create a host of scenes with in-game characters, and animals present in the bustling city of Los Santos. This isn't all, you'll be able to share your videos on YouTube and Rockstar Games Social Club to share with friends.

We played a digital copy of GTA V and our initial impressions lead us to believe that this is one of the better games to come from Rockstar, running surprisingly well on hardware that isn't the latest or the greatest.

If you're looking for a physical copy of GTA V for PC, it hits India on April 17. Spanning seven discs and a Rs. 2,499 price point, will the seemingly bulletproof, all powerful GTA brand be enough for price sensitive Indians loosen their purse strings for a taste of the latest instalment in Rockstar's long running open world action crime series?

Nonetheless, we can't wait to see what fans churn out with this new tool. From sitcoms to soap operas set in the GTA V universe, the possibilities seem endless
