Following up 2014's spectacular Forza Horizon 2 is the all but obvious Forza Horizon 3. While a new game in the Forza Horizon series is all but obvious, it appears that its release date and features have been leaked before Microsoft's E3 2016 event.
The news comes via NerdLeaks, the site was responsible for revealing the existence of sequels to God of War and Shadow of Mordor games in the past.
"Yes, 100% true. Thanks to our insider we know what Microsoft will show at this E3 2016, so we are publishing here the first thing we know: Playground Games will show Forza Horizon 3, as expected," a post on the site reads. It then proceeds to suggest the pricing of the Xbox One S. "The title is the first to be shown at the conference, after the slot about Xbox One S (which starts at $299)."
According to NerdLeaks the game takes place in Australia, has extreme terrains, will have the largest car roster ever seen in the Horizon series, a four player cooperative campaign, and is exclusive to Windows 10 and the Xbox One. It will feature the Lamborghini Centenario. And yes, you can play it on September 27 this year.
This more or less confirms a report in February that stated we would see Forza Horizon 3 hitting Windows 10 and Xbox One.
At the time it was first published on Chinese site WPDang. According to "unnamed sources", Forza 6 will release on the Windows 10 Store along with Forza Horizon 3 in order to prop up game offerings on Windows 10.
