Nearly a year ago, we reported a new Don Bradman Cricket game was in the works. It’s called Don Bradman Cricket 17. Now, we’ve received a confirmation as to when it would be available for purchase.

According to the game’s distributor in India, Sunder Electronics, Don Bradman Cricket 17 will be available for the PS4 and Xbox One on December 22. While there’s no information on when you can expect the PC version at retail — if at all, it is safe to say that the digital version of the game for PC should hit Steam on the same day. Nonetheless, we’ve requested developer Big Ant Studios for comment.

As for PS4 and Xbox One versions of Don Bradman Cricket 17, they will be priced at Rs. 3,999. To put it into perspective, it's Rs. 100 less than what the last game, Don Bradman Cricket cost. Pre-orders should start next week.

Recently, Gadgets 360 discovered that Ubisoft won’t be making its upcoming games available on PC at retail either on disc or as a code in box. With EA taking the same decision years ago, we won’t be surprised if this ends up being the way forward for an increasing number of publishers.
