Gameloft has released a teaser trailer for Captain America: The Winter Soldier, which says it will be 'coming soon' for Android, iOS and Windows Phone platforms.

Captain America: The Winter Soldier is the sequel to the Captain America: Sentinel of Liberty game, which was released back in 2011 along with the Captain America: The First Avenger movie, for iOS and Android OS users. The Winter Soldier is being expected to be released along with the film, which has the same title, around the movie's launch date, on 4 April.

While the first version was created by Marvel itself, the upcoming iteration is said to be created by Gameloft, a popular mobile game developer.

Captain America: The Winter Soldier is a full 3D action and strategy genre. The user will play as Captain America himself and will have the support of SHIELD soldiers in the fights. Unfortunately, no other information about the gameplay has been mentioned. The gameplay is said to be very different that the one seen in the 2011 version. Captain America: Sentinel of Liberty was an auto-runner side-scrolling action game, and was also said to be buggy on Android. The graphics of the new game are based on comic-style animations.

The new trailer of the game mentions "coming soon" for Android, iOS and Windows Phone and showcases different environments in the game. The 30-second teaser also shows Captain America fighting with enemies and using his shield as a weapon in certain places.

The trailer can be viewed below:

Recently it was noted that Electronic Arts launched the remake of its classic 1997 PC title, Dungeon Keeper for the Android and iOS mobile platforms.
