At this year's edition of Microsoft's annual developer conference, Build 2016, Forza developer Turn10 Studios confirmed that all its upcoming Xbox One games will be coming to Windows 10 PC as well.
"Moving forward, all of our games are going to be shipping on Windows 10 and Xbox," Dan Greenawalt, Creative Director at Turn10 said at the event via video.
The first of these will be Forza 6 coming to PC as Forza Motorsport 6: Apex, it's a free version of the Xbox One game that will be available to Windows 10 users this Spring and is "positioned as an effort to show off the gaming potential of Windows 10," according to previous reports.

This essentially verifies what Chinese site WPDang stated with regards to Forza Horizon 3 making it to Windows 10.
As for other Xbox One exclusives? Well, a snafu from Gamespot mentioned Gears of War 4, ReCore, Scalebound, and the now cancelled Fable Legends are coming to Windows 10 PC. While ReCore and Fable Legends were already announced for Windows 10 PC earlier, Scalebound and Gears of War 4 were not.

We'd speculate that Scalebound might just end up being released on the same day and date as the Xbox One version, and there will perhaps be a period of timed exclusivity for Gears of War 4 as the franchise is perceived as an Xbox exclusive. For now though, Windows 10 users can check out the new season of fighting game, Killer Instinct as well as Gears of War: Ultimate Edition.
