DSLR or MIRRORLESS Camera?

For beginner, which camera should be chosen? DSLR or Mirrorless?
More precisely, I need guidance to buy my first professional entry level camera from "Canon EOS 1200D" and "Sony Alpha A3500".
Thanks for guidance in advance.

A beginner level DSLR is a great option no doubt. However, bear in mind that there are additional costs involved in the form of extra lens and trust me you will want to spend on a telephoto or a prime at some point. If you are alright with that, then the EOS 1200D is a good buy. Having said that, I'd suggest taking a look at the Sony RX100 (for better quality) as well or the Canon Powershot SX600HS (for better zooming capabilities). Both are compact cameras and have impressive performance. As far as the Sony Alpha A3500 goes, the additional lenses are prohibitively expensive and I'd suggest not going for it.
