Delayed Refund of returned Products

I brought Samsung Z1 Gold 4GB on  9th May 2016. i Made the payment of Rs 4300 with my Credit Card.

On Delivery , as it was not the piece i wanted , i returned it back and customer care said that money will be refunded within 7-10 working days. its been 20 days and still the refund has not been processed . i am very upset with the gadget 360 service.

please look into the matter at earliest.
