Flipkart Digiflip Pro XT 712 User Reviews and Ratings

Hello, Good morning, i am using tablette XT.712 Few monts ago. Everything was fine. But now went the Battery is done, I must put it of before charging it. I can't charge it again went it is on. I have to put it of before. Can u please tell me wat to do?

digiflip company is the waste company...the service of digiflip also very very bad..i recommend dont buy this product......waste waste waste waste waste

MoS: Cheap Product. Attractive to buy. Product Quality is cheap. After sales service is pathetic If you are under the impression it is backed by Flipkart just as AmazonBasics, then you are terribly wrong. With 2 week return policy, they just replace the faulty devices fixing issue. There's no guarantee that you will get new one. I had to replace twice in a month. One had white spot in display and they asked me to run several application. After 3 months the device went dead. I took it to service center and service center collected the device. That's it. After 2 months I am still without a tab. Sent mail . Called up customer care. Email sachin :) Well nothing happened. Looks like DigiFlip is kind of sister entity in disguise. May be Flipkart's tax planning venture (evading??)

The front camera stops working within just over a year of usage. The tablet does not get charged at all.I regret buying this product

I HAVE THIS TABLET.AND ITS DISPLAY HAS BEEN BROKEN. I CALLED TO FLIPKART THEY REPLIED WE WIL TELL U AFTER 10 DAYS WHEN I CALLED NEXT TIME THE REPLIED SERVICE CENTRE WILL GIVE U SERVICE. ITS DISPLAY IS NOT AVAILABELE IN THE MARKET..

This order showing 9th Sep (Order Date 31 Aug) which is already gone my order will be shipped but nothing is changed in Track ID to next step which is processing which mean seller is yet to confirm the product its 11 Days gone now and Flipkart yet to move next step what kind of service is this calling customer care is useless as they have one simple line it will be delivered by 13th Sep. Need satisfied answer on this asap. No concrete answer not even a call to customer who is already paid the whole amount to my surprise now the Track product showing it will be delivered by 22nd Sep which clearly shows that Flipkart doesnt have product which is manufactured by themselves so if a company doesnt know about the product manufactured by themselves and collecting money I dont know how they are dealing with third party vendors. My experience with you people are becoming horrible and it seems you people are cheating here clearly as you should show that product as out of stock if you can deliver it as promised. I need an explanation on this from higher authority or simply return my money with the compensation as you are holding my money since past 11 Days.

ITS A CON , PLEASE DON'T GO FOR IT. If ur budget is below 10K, wait till you accumulate enough money to buy a premium one like Nexus 7, but don't buy this crap product. Its complete waste of your hard earned money (Rs. 10K) . One of the main usage of any tablet would be watching videos and movies, and this one fails dismally and falls flat on its face in this category. Video playing is not at all smooth. It runs as if the video is playing in slow motion. There is a lot of lag.Another big disappointment is the camera, one will look like a ghost in a skype call. It proves one thing , number of pixels has nothing to do with the picture quality. I have seen decent quality pics from other devices with same 5 MP and 2 MP cameras. This is my honest observation in first 2 hours of my usage of this device. Flipkart ! pls stop selling such crap products and loot public money.Thank God that I didn't order bluetooth headset from Digiflip. I completely lost faith in both Flipkart and Digiflip. Mainly flipkart for endorsing such low quality tablet. Couldn't believe flipkart would stoop to such low level. The comparison of this crap product with other devices in the flipkart product page is just to lure people like us and loot. I am forced to give 1 rating, wish there was an option to give negative rating.
