i ordered two watch first was 3 months back and one recently both had same issue with the watch battery twice at first they took 2.5 months to be replaced but now customer service is not at all responding as i am a regular customer they dont even bother to respond to the drawback if u r lucky u will get good product or else no but the customer service is very bad at first while enquiry they respond faster once u buy the product they wont

It is a really nice smartwatch.

It has a bright and brilliant display thanks to the amoled display and almost all the features necessary for a smart watch. You can set your own watch face and it has always on option too, A few cons though : the watch is inconsistent in turning on while you turn your wrist. There is no way you can have your phone speskers back while connected to the watch through BT. Watch displays differnt screens randomly while you are walking or doing some hand movements even if you have not opted for that particular option. Accuracy of workout around 90%.But, all said and done, its a good watch to buy. Certainly recommended.

It is an amazing product. It has a nice look, easy to use and lot of great features like tracking my steps, SPO2 and heart rates etc. The product color looks good. have started using it since couple of days, seems good and value for money.
