About Wazir Movie (2016)

Anti-Terrorism Squad officer Danish Ali (Farhan Akhtar) lives with his wife Ruhana (Aditi Rao Hydari) and little daughter Noorie like a happy family. While driving, Danish spots the terrorist Farooq Rameez, and Noorie gets killed during the ensuing shootout as he chases him.

When a grief-stricken Danish is about to kill himself at Noorie's grave, a mysterious van drops a wallet of handicapped chess master Pandit Omkar Nath Dhar (Amitabh Bachchan) who had been teaching chess to Noorie.

Danish starts taking lessons from Pandit who talks about his daughter Nina (Vaidehi Parashurami) who has also died. Pandit and Danish connect with each other on the loss of his daughter, and decide to unravel a complicated conspiracy that has deeply impacted their lives.
