About Tumhari Sulu Movie (2017)

Tumhari Sulu is a Bollywood comedy-drama movie that was then remade in Tamil in 2018 as Kaatrin Mozhi in which Tamil actress Jyothika Saravanan reprises the main character role.

Tumhari Sulu is the story of Sulu (Vidya Balan), who is an ambitious housewife and lives a happy life with her husband Ashok (Manav Kaul) and her son Pranav (Abhishek Sharrma). One day she wins a prize by winning a contest held by her favourite radio station, and when she goes to collect the price, she finds out about a job vacancy to which she applies. The boss at the radio station, Maria (Neha Dhupia), auditions her, get impressed and offers a job to Sulu. She gets the job and becomes a radio jockey for a late-night relationship advice show for a radio station. The show does become successful but her personal life becomes chaotic leading to a lot of problems.
