About Too Hot to Handle Season 1 Web Series

An island paradise, a luxury resort onshore, a virtual host, ten gorgeous singles with commitment issues, a whopping prize of $100,000, and a total sex ban — welcome to the world of Netflix’s Too Hot To Handle.

The British reality dating show is shot in a Meixcan private property called Casa Tau — that offers a whopping cash prize of $100,000 to its participants for forgoing any sexual activity (including kissing or self-gratification), and fines them each time the rule is breached.

To add to the spice, the participants weren’t allowed any connection with the outer world, and weren’t told about the “no-sex” rule beforehand.

They are hosted by a virtual assistant called Lana, voiced by comedian Desiree Burch.

More than 3,000 singles from around the world were auditioned for the show. The producers were looking for "sexy, sexed-up, and charismatic" individuals, as per Netflix.
