About Sumo Do, Sumo Don't! TV Series

Ryoto Moriyama (Shoyuki Hayama) must join his university's sumo club to collect enough credits for a job that he is being offered.

The challenge is that the club is on the brink of collapse and only has one member, Honoka Oba (Rokka Iharaa), a sophomore and top class sumo wrestler who doesn't want Ryoto on board.

New tournaments, gruelling trainings, unexpected twists, and emotional overflows await.

The show is based on the acclaimed 1992 Japanese film of the same.
