About Santa Evita TV Series

The mini-series is a televised adaptation of Argentine journalist Tomas Eloy's eponymous 1995 bestseller which followed the fate of the corpse of Santa Evita, the first lady of Argentina, post her death in 1952. As political and social mayhem engulfed the world, Evita's body remained embalmbed and awaited burial for over three years.
