About Oththa Seruppu Size 7 Movie (2019)

A suspect in a murder Masilamani (R. Parthiban) is locked in the investigation room and interrogated by some police officers. The police believe Mani to be a gullible person who can be easily tricked, and hence, they ask him to confess to the crime.
