About Nishabd Movie (2007)

Inspired by the American film American Beauty (1999), and the Indian film Anokha Rishta (1986).

Vijay (Amitabh Bachchan), a man in his sixties, is happily married to Amrita (Revathi), and they have a young daughter Ritu (Shradha Arya).

Vijay falls in love with Jia (Jiah Khan), a teenage girl who is his daughter's friend. However, his illicit feelings go out of control, which ruins his relationships with his wife and daughter beyond repair.
