About Meri Biwi Ka Jawaab Nahin Movie (2004)

A cop, Ajay Khanna (Akshay Kumar), gets married to his childhood friend and beautiful village girl, Durga (Sridevi), who is illiterate, outspoken, and has the courage to fight for truth and justice.

Ajay re-locates to Mumbai with Durga, where she meets with some women who are subjected to injustice by powerful influential people, corrupt politicians, and the police.

Durga's attempt to defend and fight for the rights of these women lands her in more chaotic situations, which in turn affects her marriage life.
