About Love Life Movie

Taeko (Fumino Kimura), her husband Jiro (Kento Nagayama), and their six-year-old Keita make one small, happy family. Things take an unexpected turn when Jiro's ex-husband re-enters their life — only this time, he is deaf, ill and homeless.

The film is inspired by song of the same name recorded in the album "Love Life", released by musician Akiko Yano in 1991.

The French-Japanese drama also touches upon the themes of fragmentation, individualism, loneliness, grief, confusion, fulfilment, and what it means to fully accept one's spouse and oneself as complete individuals.
