About Incendies Movie (2011)
Nawal (Lubna Azabal) is taking her last breaths, and is tossing in remorse of an unfulfilled promise.
Before dying, she leaves two letters to her twins — Jeanne (Mélissa Désormeaux-Poulin) and Simon (Maxim Gaudette) — to be delivered in the Middle East as her last wish.
The first letter is to be handed to their mysterious brother, whom they didn't know exists, and their father, whom they thought had expired.
As the twins travel to the Middle East, shocking truths about their family history amongst a bloody civil war are unveiled.
